P ulley cord 3 Core cloth covered Flex is is an 18-gauge cord in the pulley cord style. The 3 conductors are twisted, padded with filler to make the cord perfectly round, and then covered in cotton braid. If you would like a 2-conductor cable you can clip the third wire and leave it unused.

This cable is suitable for table-top, floor, and pendant lamps and is suited to many applications, include wiring fans and small appliances.

You should consult a qualified electrician to ensure that the gauge of the wire you select can safely support the electrical load of your lamp or small appliance over the length of wire you are using.

Operating voltage: 300 V
Relevant standard: Generally in accordance with BS6500 table 4 as far as applicable.
Insulation colours: brown, blue, green/yellow.
Performance: Class 5, flexible tinned copper conductors rubber insulated type EI1. 2 or 3 cores twisted together with fillers. Textile or nylon braided.
Applications: Primarily for mains voltage rise and fall pendants. It is highly flexible, light and pliable. The nylon braid is abrasion resistant and durable through pulley systems.
