Black Porcelain Batten Holder Edison E27 Fitting with porcelain body, ceramic insert and brass screw terminals. The glazed ceramic finish is of the highest quality. This fitting is suitable for mounting on a wall in a bathroom for instance. The glazed finish may be suited to placement over ceramic tile surface.  A locking mechanism ensures the body cannot be unscrewed accidentally when changing the bulb.

Release to Re-wire

To re-wire you will need to release the anti-rotation lock by push down the raised tab with a screw driver at the base of the inside of the E27 threaded component.

. This light secures to the wall via two mount holes in an 80mm wide integral porcelain mount plate. This light can mount in any direction especially when using our globes that will run at any angle, upright, down, or sideways.

Illustrated with a G95 straw hat (main) and spiral 3 Watt Dimmable Spiral Filament LED E27 Clear Edison. Any size suitable E27 globe will work so long as the diameter is less than 95mm so that the globe will not touch the wall surface above the lamp holder. Given the close proximity of wall surface we recommend that this be installed as LED due to the operating temperature of incandescent globes.
