Purchase order numbers
There is a field at checkout for your purchase order number. Whatever you enter is stored with the order and printed on your tax invoice, so your accounts team can match the invoice to your PO.
Paying by bank transfer
If you wish to pay by Bank transfer the details are listed on our pdf Pro Forma. Remember to “accept transfer fees” when making international bank transfers or the amount received will not add up to the invoiced amount.
Please quote your Pro Forma Invoice number when making payment. Your order wont be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Invoice is valid for 14 Days.
If you need a quote before committing
Choose Quote Only at checkout. Your order is placed and held as a quotation without payment, and the quote is valid for 14 days.
To pay later, log back into your account, go to Orders, and select Pay. You can settle by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card at that point. If you pay by EFT, quote the invoice number so we can match your payment.
Quote Only is the right choice when:
- You need internal approval or a formal quotation before spending.
- You want the order adjusted first. Because nothing has been paid, we can edit it — change quantities, add or remove items, alter the delivery address, or requote the shipping. Tell us what you need changed and we will send a revised quote.
- You are ordering from overseas and want to fix the price. Exchange rates move daily. A Quote Only order locks your total for the 14 days, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay.
After 14 days an unpaid quotation is removed from our system and the order data is deleted. If you still want the items after that, place a new order — prices, stock and shipping costs may have changed by then.
One important limit: a quotation does not reserve stock. It tells us what you intend to order, but for anything not currently in stock we only arrange additional stock once payment is made. If an item is scarce and you need it, paying sooner protects your order.
Paying by card
Card payment is available at checkout in the usual way, and is the fastest route if you do not need a PO or a quotation.
