When we ship we create a shipping label which contains a tracking code. This code is then emailed as a tracking link that is available to you listed next to the order placed online. You will need to be logged in to your online account to see this.

We also email tracking progress both from the shipper and our internal system.

Tracking progress can also be sent as SMS where a cell phone number has been provided with the order.
